Addressing the Innovator’s Dilemma

Description: The Innovator’s Dilemma states that mature companies can do everything right and still remain susceptible to new, disruptive technology and competitors. The best prevention is when a company can create an innovation organization with sufficient autonomy to explore disruptive technology. We are looking at creating the optimal conditions for innovation inspiration to occur. To what extent are member companies in their innovation efforts expressly addressing the Innovator’s Dilemma?
