Exploring Innovative Commercial Models

An Outthinker Strategy Network member would like to convene a group to discuss innovative commercial models (capitation, shifting from a per-product to a subscription pricing model, etc).

What experience do members have in identifying potential models, determining fit, running lean experiments to test these models, best practices, pitfalls to avoid, etc.
