Pivot to the Future: Digital Transformation with Paul Nunes of Accenture

Outthinker Strategy Network members will automatically receive a calendar invitation and details how to join this event.

Digital transformation” carries too many meanings and implications to be easily understood, so when a member of the Outthinker Strategy Network proposed a thought-leader he has worked with who does a good job of “taming” the subject, we immediately took notice and reached out. Paul Nunes is the Global Managing Director of Thought Leadership for Accenture Research and the author, most recently, of Pivot to the Future: Discovering Value and Creating Growth in a Disrupted World.

In this roundtable dialogue with Nunes, he will launch with a quick overview of the book’s key concepts and findings. You and your strategy peers will then engage with him around your questions and hold smaller peer conversations to share what has worked and lessons learned around the topics related to digital transformation.

    • Overview of the Trapped Value Concept (society, consumer, industry, and enterprise)
    • The 3 Stages of the S-Curve: managing cycles between the old, the new, and the now
    • The 3 Pivots – 1. Innovation 2. Finance and 3. People
    • A case study to illustrate above concepts
    • Group discussion
