We are in the midst of a large-scale transformation. The company is moving towards becoming one strategy-led organization, as compared to the past when it operated mostly as a collection of relatively independent businesses. We are getting ready to establish a total company strategy development process, and we would like to learn about best practices, pitfalls and practical considerations from OSN members.
